Emma is a clinical psychologist who works therapeutically with clients aged 13+. Emma is an LGBTQIA+ supportive practitioner and is highly experienced working with this community.

Emma draws on her training in schema therapy and cognitive behavioural therapy while working with clients. She enjoys using experiential, emotion focussed techniques in order to provide clients with corrective emotional experiences and alter the strength of their unhealthy coping mechanisms. ​

 

Emma supports teens and adults who experience:

• Anxiety, depression & emotion regulation difficulties

• Self-harm & suicidal ideation

• Developmental/complex trauma

• Relationship difficulties

In addition to her therapeutic experience, Emma has a passion for providing coaching to those considering a psychology/therapy career and psychologists wishing to work independently in private practice.
